The 17-year-old was decapitated. Authorities say the teen was in a restricted, off-limits area. The ride was shut down after the accident, but is expected to reopen on Monday. The teen and his parents were at the park with a Church group from South Carolina. One witness says the suspect had been making comments about the child having 'demons' during the incident. Authorities say the toddler's injuries were so severe -- he will be identified through blood or DNA tests.
